Membership Login - If this is your first time logging on to the new Shale Oak website, you will need to set a password. Please note that some members that have previously logged in to the new website, may need to reset their password since new software was updated October 5, 2020. Go to the “Sign In” button at the top right of the Home Page.
Login with the same membership email you joined with.
Click “Forgot Password.”
After signing in, the “Password Recovery” page will appear. Enter your email again and click “recover.”
You will receive a message confirming that instructions have been sent. Please check spam folders if message isn't received in 2-3 minutes.
Click the link in the email to add or reset a password.
Add a new password.
A confirmation will appear and you will be ready to login. You are now ready to order online and receive your membership discounts!
Login with new password.Once you successfully log in, you will be able to order online and receive your Membership Discounts for all wine, skincare, and merchandise purchases.
You will also be able to see your Purchase History and view Upcoming Shipments.
But wait! That’s not all. For those Members that like to hand-select their club shipments, you will be able to go online and create your exclusive Custom Pack.
Please note that you will only be able to see your next shipment one month before ship date.
